We strip back the complexity and focus on what works. Our signature training style combines boxing fundamentals with functional HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training).
Why 30 minutes? Because if you do it right, that is all you need. You get in, you work hard, and you get on with your day.
- No Set Class Times: Life doesn’t run on a schedule, so neither do we. Our circuit runs continuously. You don’t need to book a specific slot—just arrive during staffed hours and jump in.
- Workouts Change Daily: The circuit changes every single day. One day might be heavy on the bag work, the next might be cardio-focused. You never plateau, and you never get bored.
PERSONAL TRAINING
Make it personal.
Sometimes you need specific guidance to break through a plateau or master a new skill. Our coaches are available for 1-on-1 sessions designed around your goals.
- 1-on-1 Pad Sessions: There is no better workout than hitting the pads. Sharpen your boxing technique, speed, and coordination with a pro holding the mitts.
- Strength & Conditioning: Whether you are rehabbing an injury or training for a specific event, we build a program that gets you there safely.
- Accountability: We are in your corner. If you need someone to push you further than you push yourself, this is it.
24/7 GYM ACCESS
Your training, on your schedule.
Membership at Hiit Syndicate includes full 24/7 access to our Papanui facility. While our circuit classes are the main event, we know that sometimes you just want to do your own thing. If you want to do extra training, weight training, or cardio outside of the circuit, all the resources at the gym are available for you to use.
