  • Financial Data: Payment details processed securely through our third-party provider, GymMaster.


3. Why We Collect This Information (Purpose)

In line with Principle 1 of the Privacy Act, we collect your data to:


  • Manage your membership and provide gym access.


  • Ensure your safety during workouts by identifying health risks.


  • Communicate with you regarding gym updates and promotions.


  • Track the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns (Meta/Google Ads).


4. Cookies and Tracking Pixels

Our website uses the Meta Pixel. This allow us to:


  • Measure the success of our ads.


  • "Remarket" to people who have visited our site but haven't signed up yet.


  • You can opt-out of this tracking through your browser settings or via Facebook’s Ad Preferences.


5. Disclosure of Information (Who else sees it?)

We do not sell your data. We only share it with:


  • Service Providers: Such as GymMaster (Membership Management) and marketing platforms.


  • Overseas Disclosure: Some of our service providers may store data on servers located outside of New Zealand (e.g., Australia or the USA). We ensure these providers offer a comparable level of protection as required by Privacy Principle 12.
